Hello! I quickly wanted to share my Spotify playlist with you called, Work It Out. I have a feeling I have a strange idea of “pump up” songs for working out. It is a mix of pop songs, upbeat dance music, then some slower Indie songs that might not be everyone’s cup of tea for a workout, but they work for me!
For the most part, I like music that makes me happy. Are you one of those angry lifters? I’m definitely a happy lifter! 🙂
