It’s all about moderation, am I right?
So now I guess you know how I squeeze in my workouts even if I don’t have much time at the gym 🙂
If it wasn’t clear from my excellent description in the video, here is the quick arm workout I did (and links to demos):
4 sets of the following,15-20 reps each
And finally, PUSH UPS! Until failure…cough, immediately.
