ANOTHER Vlog! | All In Moderation (& Davy Goes To The Dentist)

It’s all about moderation, am I right?

So now I guess you know how I squeeze in my workouts even if I don’t have much time at the gym 🙂

If it wasn’t clear from my excellent description in the video, here is the quick arm workout I did (and links to demos):

4 sets of the following,15-20 reps each

Biceps Curls

Hammer Curls

Dumbbell Tricep Extensions

Tricep Dumbbell Kickbacks

And finally, PUSH UPS! Until failure…cough, immediately.

P.S. How cute was Davy at the dentist? He did so well for his first time!
