Alright, guys. So the other day I realized that I have not ever officially shared the famous Pecan Encrusted Salmon on my blog and that is just not acceptable. It should be a crime, actually.
This is the VERY FIRST thing that I ever cooked my husband and he loved it so much (granted, he likes almost everything, especially if I cook it… that sweet man) that he requests it for almost every special occasion.
