Squats 5 Ways | Tone It In Ten

I always love it when other bloggers create quick workouts that I can follow. I especially love it when they’re doable at home with little, to no equipment because I find that when I’m at home in a rush to get a quick workout in is when I need the most inspiration!

Thus, the creation of “Tone It In Ten”. 

And, of course, it wouldn’t be A Modern Shore Life if I didn’t start this series off with legs. In particular, my go-to, stress reliever…SQUATS.

While this routine can definitely be done with no equipment at all, dumbbells are recommended for the goblet squats. Hold dumbbells for any or all of these movements if you want to increase the intensity.

In case you don’t know how to do any of these movements (it’s okay, I know I’m not the only one who doesn’t know the real names to lifts and make names up names in my head– “weighted cable kickback thrusts……” lol!) here are links to how to do them!
