Am I a Crossfitter? (+ Vlog)

I recently took my second crossfit class and I hated every second of it.

Kidding, kind of.

I used to be so anti-crossfit and thought “crossfitters” could be kind of crazy, but I am semi-converted now 🙂 Actually, I am definitely going to be taking more classes. It is an amazing workout and I have a long way to go before I’m halfway good at it, but something about it keeps me wanting to come back.

That being said, it isn’t going to replace powerlifting for me. That is my passion and I figure crossfit can only help with that!

More on my thoughts on crossfit once I take more classes!

    I have never done any crossfit classes, but the crossfit people I know can be a little intense. I’m more a runner/yoga person. 🙂

      Haha, I totally know what you mean and I am more strictly just a weightlifter. I was always so “anti-crossfit” using those “crazy crossfitters” as an excuse (because let’s get real, you’re right, they’re totally intense haha) but I gave in because its honestly such a good workout. Such high intensity and adds in some much needed cardio to my love for weight lifting…. I’m having fun with it once or twice a week at least! We will see…..
