What is with all of these “back to school” posts and videos I’m seeing?! Summer is NOT over yet. Stop that now.
Anyways, if you’re a gardener, I’m sure your garden isn’t showing any signs of fall yet. I’d also venture to guess that if you’re like me at all, at this point in the summer, your garden is probably completely out of control. I love having a small garden, but my husband doesn’t understand the word “small”…. he only goes big, way too big… so I’m secretly thankful that when he got home from Fort Leonardwood it was too late to plant a garden and I get a reprise for one summer.
That’s not to say I’m not enjoying the amazing produce that comes with summer. We have farmers markets on every corner around here, so I’m making the most of tomatoes, strawberries, peaches, plums, and whatever else tickles my fancy.
I’m also often too hot, too busy, or just too lazy (or all of the above) to do much cooking lately, so I have been searching endlessly for recipes that require little to no cooking. Yes, I’ll share my findings 🙂
