Quick Track Fun | Fit Friday

I love how I called this “Quick Track Fun”. I’m evil. This is going to be a quick track workout, but I am still not quite there with running to call it “fun”.

That being said, I have been running more! And enjoying it more than usual. I will tell you more about it on Sunday, but basically I have been running outside (usually with my dog) and it has been a nice way to start my day. I’ve been working my way up to be able to run a 5K all the way through (asthma is getting better and the heat is getting more bearable) and am hoping to do a 10K in the fall.

Even though this is a track workout, I couldn’t help but incorporate some strength training into it because, well, you know me…

So head on over to your local high school and knock this out real quick!track workout

And, done! 2 miles and some strength training knocked out at once. Let me know if you try it out!
