My husband has been back for a while now, but so soon after he returned, he tore his shoulder, had surgery and couldn’t use it for several weeks. Now, he’s finally allowed to get back in the gym! Well, to do legs (as long as it doesn’t require his upper body at all, so no squats) and some cardio. I love going to the gym with him, so it got me in the mood to film another vlog finally.
