Tone It In Ten: Arms | Fit Friday

Today we have another Tone It In 10 workout!

This one is a little more “complicated”…if you can call a ten minute, mostly dumbbell workout complicated. I simply say that because the rest of these 10 minute workouts (like this glute workout and this plyo box workout) could definitely be done at home.

If you have your own dumbbells, you could potentially do this at home, but it might be easier at the gym since a few of these are best done with a barbell or ez-curl bar and on a bench. That being said, feel free to make adjustments to make this work in your living room, in your office, or wherever you feel like getting in 10 minutes of work 🙂

Set 1: (perform the set twice with 10 second rests in between each exercise for a total of 3 minutes)

Set 2: (perform the set twice with 10 second rests in between each exercise for a total of 2 minutes)

Set 3: (perform the set twice with 10 second rests in between each exercise for a total of 3 minutes)

Set 4: (perform the set twice with 10 second rests in between each exercise for a total of 2 minutes)
