Hello, hi! I’m back with a recipe that I, frankly, had a lot of trouble naming.
A lot of those recipes in a mug out there are called “Chocolate Mug Cake” or something along those lines, so I wanted to call this a Mug Crisp… but that didn’t sound quite right. Plus, I added some protein, because, ya know #protein. But that just made the name so long.
This is a pretty pointless story, so long story short, I landed on “Microwave Protein Peach Crisp” because it’s a peach crisp that you microwave and I added protein.
I hope you all are still on a peach kick and haven’t moved on to apples and pumpkins for fall because, stop! It’s STILL SUMMER.
I’m usually always excited for fall, but we barely got to go to the beach this summer AND my 5 year old starts kindergarten this fall so… time…. STOP MOVING.
So let’s make the most of our summer peaches and whip this up, because you can literally whip this up in minutes.

And FYI, use WHATEVER protein powder you have. I like snickerdoodle or cinnamon flavored, but vanilla would work… or whatever you like best 🙂
