Turkey Chili | Recipe

I made this one for a Superbowl party and everyone loved it. Little did they know, it was healthy and I snuck lots of micronutrients in it too… he he he…

What you will need:

Coconut Spray Oil (enough to brown the ground meat)

1 stalks of Celery

14 oz. of canned Crushed Tomatoes

1 Garlic Clove, minced

1 tbs Chili Powder

1/4 tsp Cumin

1/4 tsp Paprika

1/4 tsp Dried Oregano

1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1.5 cups of Water

1/2  can Kidney Beans

1/8 cup Carrots, shredded

1/4 cup Onion, chopped

1/4 cup Kale, chopped

1 lbs Ground Turkey

How to cook it:

Spray pan with oil and brown the ground turkey. Add the onion, celery, carrot and garlic and sautée until onion is translucent. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil then simmer on low heat with the lid on for at least 30 minutes.

Serving size & macros: 

Divide evenly into 3 dishes, about 8 oz. each.

*This is meant to serve 3 dinners for one person, if you will be serving more please double in size as needed.*
